First introduced to the court of Catherine de Medici in 1553 the humble macaron has been transformed into today’s colorful, double-decker phenomenon. A perfect, light macaron is a thing of joy not easily attained. At Tout Sweet, macarons are hand crafted over a three day process, a true labor of love. Ingredients are drawn from the fresh bounty provided by Northern California’s artisanal farmers. From the initial light crumb of the outer shell to the moist cakey middle and finally perfect chewy ganache interior we are like mad-flavor technicians. We aim for and provide the ultimate bite.
