Candied Milk Jam
One day dulce de leche took a trip to Paris, and came back as “Confiture de Lait” or Milk Jam. Our signature confection and a must try! It spreads gorgeously on cake layers, and especially over a toasted slice of brioche or a warm flaky croissant. Approximately 8 ounces.
Milk, cream, sugar, condensed milk, milk powder, cognac, vanilla bean, sea salt
